In the third quarter of 2025, the top medical apps in Mexico showed varying trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Farmacias Del Ahorro saw weekly downloads fluctuate, with numbers peaking at approximately 62K towards the end of September. Active users increased steadily, reaching over 1.2M in the first week of September before experiencing a slight decline by the end of the month.

Doctoralia - Mexico experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, peaking at around 34K in late September. However, active users showed a decline from 588K at the start of the quarter to around 390K by the end.

Farmacias Guadalajara maintained a consistent download rate, averaging around 6.5K weekly, with a slight increase observed toward the end of the quarter.

The Pregnancy + | Tracker App from Philips Digital UK Limited saw a gradual increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $1.4K by the end of September. Downloads were relatively stable, with a noticeable dip in mid-August before stabilizing around 8.8K weekly. Active users remained steady throughout the quarter, hovering around 280K.

Finally, San Pablo Farmacia had a decrease in weekly downloads from 5K at the start of July to about 2.6K by the end of September. Active users also declined from 100K to around 81K over the same period.
